Tammy Rowzie, Director of Finance, brings 15 years of nonprofit experience to the Wayne. She designed and implemented the Integrated Systems Project for the University of Virginia and established a Financial Literacy program for low-income residents in the Staunton-Augusta-Waynesboro area. An advocate for affordable housing, Tammy received the ESP award for the Commonwealth, presented by the Governor.
