Props & Stagecraft

Middle and High School Students (Younger with approval)

In this hands-on class, students will learn the importance of props in a theatrical production and how to design props for a production. Students will design props for Studio Wayne's productions of Newsies, JR! Students will work together to see their designs come to life on stage.

‍Registration Fee:  $150

Classes will be held in Wayne Theatre Greenroom.

• ‍Start Date and Time: Session meets from 9:30am-11am on Saturday Sept 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26, November 2, 9. ‍
• End Date and Time: Last Session: November 9th. Tech rehearsal 11/7 from 6-9pm.‍
• Registration Deadline Date: 9/23/24

Multi-Class/multi siblings discounts are also available.  Please contact our Box Office at 540-943-9999 to register for more than one class or sibling at a time.

A fee of $6 will be added to registration at the time of purchase.  ($3 for Historic Preservation of the Wayne and $3 for Ticket Handling) Thank you!
