The public portion of the Capital Campaign officially launched on Nov. 2, 2007, at a fund-raiser for the Wayne Theatre Alliance. The Alliance’s capital campaign goal includes community giving of $2.75 million. Naming opportunities are available for individual or corporate gifts of more than $10,000. It is a wonderful way to preserve a family’s legacy or to publicly show your committment for culture in the Waynesboro community. These gifts may be spread over five years. Seat Campaign
As Waynesboro’s very own performing arts center is becoming a reality, we invite you to join us in the opportunity and privilege of leaving an indelible mark on our historic treasure from 1926, the Wayne Theatre.
While partnering with us to bring a tremendous cultural resource to Waynesboro, you will also gain access to the actual naming of a seat, handsomely etched into the armrest itself. Become part of the history of tomorrow by putting your name on a seat, remembering a loved one, or proudly displaying your company name. Gifting others with the naming of a seat is a timeless token of affection that will be cherished for years to come. Gift certificates are available upon request.
Please join us in this exciting venture of creating a New Waynesboro through a new Wayne. Securing the naming opportunity of a seat is very affordable, while leaving a lasting inspiration to all who will tangibly see your invaluable part in bringing this state-of-the-art facility to Waynesboro.
Seats are available for a one-time donation of $1,000 or $1,250 when paid over three years. The first-year installment must accompany the seat pledge card.

The Wayne Theatre Alliance is pleased to take donations via your Credit Card or Visa/MC Debit Card. If you would like to make an electronic donation using PayPal, please click on the button below. There is no fee to you to use this third-party service.

The Wayne Theatre Alliance is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible.
Sponsorships
Several events are held throughout the year as fund-raisers for the Wayne Theatre. We are continuously looking for new sponsors for such events and would be happy to talk with businesses about sponsorship opportunities.
Parade of Events: We will be hosting a number of events in 2010. For a complete list please visit our Calendar page.
Newsletter: Our newsletter goes out to 3,000 households, primarily in Waynesboro, Staunton and Augusta County. A business-card ad spot is available for $200, and helps offset the costs of printing. Produced twice a year.
Murder Mystery Events: Our signature event, held annually in the Spring or Fall, corporate and individual sponsorships are available, and range from $500 to $1,000.
Gala: Our major fund-raiser, held annually. Sponsorships range from $500 and up.
