Tony Kenny’s Irish Celebration will make a special stop at the Historic Wayne Theatre Ross Performing Arts Center on Friday, March 11. The celebration includes music, dance, comedy and more – a true variety show straight from Dublin.
Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. event are $30 and $35.
Tickets are $15 for children 12 and under.
Prior to the show, we will host a family-friendly St. Patrick’s Day party. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for a festive event complete with Irish music, a photo booth, festive wearables and even green beer (available for sale at the concession stand).

A stellar mix of Irish artists with dozens of years experience between them, celebrate their home, their roots, and their musical heritage with you. The Irish Legend, Tony Kenny leads the troupe. One of Ireland’s funniest men, a singer in his own right, Richie Hayes, is on the bill to tickle your funny bone. The Dublin City Dancers and the Dublin Trinity Band round out the show with exciting traditional Irish music and dance.

Victoria Kenny was literally born into show biz. The daughter of Irish singing legend Tony Kenny and his wife Joan, herself a legendary Irish dancer, and being the granddaughter of stage-school Billie Barry – Vicky couldn’t help but survive in the crazy business of stage performance. Beginning her career at 15 in a theatrical production of A Christmas Carol, Vicky has been on the stage ever since. She performed with both her parents for years, done solo tours, and successful recordings. And now, she’s back with Dad in Tony Kenny’s Irish Celebration!
Seamus Kennedy is a 37 year veteran of the Irish/Celtic circuit with a thorough knowledge of Celtic songs. Originally from Belfast, Seamus has entertained for Pops and Presidents, bartenders and bricklayers, college students to kindergartners – and is loved by them all! With an endless supply of jokes, stories, and one liners, he leaves his audience breathless with laughter. But he also has a serious side. Performing the somber ballads of Ireland, he reaches the very soul of his audiences, as well.
The Dublin Trinity Band, featuring Ciaran Mitchell and Eimear Reilly, is one of Ireland’s best folk bands. From busking on O’Connell Street to playing at the National concert Hall, this group has wowed audiences of all sizes for years. Their musicality keeps the toe tapping as they back dancers, singers, and perform Ireland’s traditional music for your enjoyment. Eimer Reilly, 3-time Ulster Fiddle Chmapion, has played all over the world with Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance. Ciaran Mitchell, multi-instrumentalist and singer, is proficient in the full spectrum of musical styles from jazz and blues to rock and pop, and is one of the most in-demand musicians in Ireland.
Dublin City Dancers The dancing athletes who make up the Dublin City Dancers have performed in such troupes as Riverdance, Lord of the Dance, Dance of Desire and Battle of the Dance, and traveled the world performing the native dances of Ireland. Their spinning feet and precision movements will take your breath away!
