April 9: Chocolat (Faith in Film Series)
Six films will be presented at the Wayne Theatre in 2017 as part of a Faith in Film Series on Sunday nights at 6 p.m.
Admission is Pay What You Will.
The films explore religious questions in order to see them as a resource for Christian growth. Four of the six films have been announced for 2017.

Feb. 12: Selma: Academy Award-nominated 2014 feature film chronicling the civil-rights movement
April 9: Chocolat: Academy Award-nominated 2000 feature film about a chocolate shop in a small French town
June 11: Brave: Academy Award-winning animated film
Aug. 13: Food, Inc.: Academy Award-nominated documentary
The screenings will be followed by a panel discussion which explores finding faith in film.
The Faith in Film series is sponsored in part by First Baptist Church in Waynesboro.
Online ticketing ends three hours before scheduled performances. After that time, remaining tickets will be available at the box office one hour before show time.
