The River City Radio Hour takes place every 3rd Friday, Downtown Waynesboro and includes local musicians and comedy combined with original “radio serials” including adventure, humor and mystery. Fun for everyone! Show times are 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Located at the GATEWAY (329 W. Main St., Waynesboro). Seating is limited. Sellouts are a regular occurrence for the Radio Hour. The Radio Hour is a production of the Wayne Theatre Alliance with funding from the Waynesboro Cultural Commission, the City of Waynesboro, and the Virginia Commission for the Arts.

3rd Annual Classic Golf Tournament
1:00 pm shotgun start – Waynesboro Country Club
Get your foursome ready for a fun day on the links! Entry fee $100 per player/ $400 per team. Bar-B-Q following match play. Registration Deadline is August 6. Space is limited to 24 teams. Rain date is August 27th. This year’s tournament will again feature terrific hole-in-one contests on all four par 3 holes, prizes to include a sizeable cash prize and three “good stuff” prizes.

Christmas Home Tour
This event will feature a tour of 8 beautifully decorated holiday homes throughout the Waynesboro area. Cookies and shopping opportunities will be offered at the Gateway, and bus transportation will be available at an additional price.
