2012 Christmas Home Tour – Dec. 1

Looking for something exciting to do?

Come on out for WTA’s Christmas Home Tour on Saturday, December 1.

The tour is a chance to experience the Christmas traditions and décor of some of Waynesboro’s finest when six homes and two institutions put out the welcome mat for WTA’s Annual Christmas Home Tour. The Plumb House will be dressed in its homespun decorations of the Civil War era. WTA’s Gateway will transform into a holiday fashion showcase with bling, bags, clothing and everything merry. Belle Hearth B&B will serve as a way station on the tour where visitors can share in the holiday hospitality and enjoy a break for cookies and beverages. The five private homes will present their Christmas finery to the visitors. Each has its own history and approach to the festive season.

Tickets for the Home Tour are $20 in advance at the WTA Business office (533 W. Main St, downtown Waynesboro) and $25 on the day of the tour at the Plumb House and WTA’s Gateway (before 2pm).

A special feature for the tour is the option of a ticket that includes transportation on the Home Tour Bus.  The cost is $30, includes ticket and transportation.  Home Tour Bus transportation special must be purchased in advance.  Each bus can carry 7 people.
